Thank you for considering Exquisite Dream Vacations for your travel planning needs. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By requesting a quote, making a deposit, or booking travel through Exquisite Dream Vacations, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Quotes & Pricing
- All travel quotes provided by Exquisite Dream Vacations are estimates only and do not constitute a confirmed reservation.
- Pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed by the supplier.
- No space, accommodations, airfare, cruise cabin, or tour arrangements are being held unless specifically stated in writing.
- All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars are generally based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted.
- Changes to travel dates, occupancy, departure city, or itinerary may result in revised pricing.
Supplier Price Changes
Travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, and tour operators, reserve the right to impose fuel surcharges, government taxes, fees, or other price increases. Such increases may occur after booking and are beyond the control of Exquisite Dream Vacations.
Travel Documentation
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including:
- Valid passports
- Visas
- Vaccination records
- Entry permits
- Any other required documentation
Many international destinations require passports to remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of travel. Entry requirements can change at any time. Travelers are responsible for verifying requirements with the appropriate government authorities before departure.
Travel Insurance
Exquisite Dream Vacations strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
Travel insurance may provide coverage for:
- Trip cancellation
- Trip interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Emergency evacuation
- Lost or delayed baggage
Coverage varies by policy and provider. Exquisite Dream Vacations cannot guarantee coverage for any specific event and is not responsible for denied claims. Travelers who decline travel insurance assume full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from cancellation, interruption, illness, weather events, supplier bankruptcy, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Errors & Omissions
Exquisite Dream Vacations reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, supplier errors, or omissions at any time. If an error is discovered, clients will be notified and given the opportunity to accept the corrected pricing or cancel without penalty when permitted by the supplier.
Supplier Responsibility
Exquisite Dream Vacations acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, or other travel providers.
Therefore, Exquisite Dream Vacations is not responsible for:
- Supplier cancellations
- Schedule changes
- Delays
- Mechanical failures
- Weather events
- Acts of God
- Labor disputes
- Government actions
- Supplier bankruptcy or insolvency
- Injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by a third-party supplier
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation penalties and refund policies are determined by the individual travel supplier and may vary significantly.
Refunds, when applicable, are subject to the supplier's terms and processing timelines. Exquisite Dream Vacations does not control supplier refund schedules and cannot guarantee the timing of any refund.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quote, making a payment, or booking travel through Exquisite Dream Vacations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
